B2E Technologies (Pty) Ltd (Active Fibre) I've been with Active Fibre for a year now and they have always been easy to contact and friendly with their services. I made a mistake and instead of signing a debit order I put my payment on a repeat payment on my bank account. It expired and I did not notice the e-mails and sms's from Active Fibre. After 2 months not paying, they cut my internet... I was in a fit of rage, not knowing it was all my own fault... EMBARRISING! but the poor technical guy that helped me stayed calm and continue to assist me. Even though I kept fighting with him. I found out I had no internet at about 20h00 on a Friday evening...it was late. I don't think there is any other company that would have helped me at this time of night and after me fighting with them, but Active Viber Technical Guy gave me time to make the payment and ensured that I was turned back on, before he finished his shift. It didn't take long. I paid. He phoned me back, verified the payment and turned me back on, almost immediately. I am beyond impressed and incredible thankful. I cannot go without my Wi-Fi, my TV and my cellphone depends on it.
