I booked our move on 6 October 2025. Bill promised he can assist as he have a truck coming thru on Friday 10 October 2025. I gladly except as we urgently needed our things here. He demanded at least 50% before he can book the load. He said that if we pay the full amount we will get 10% off, and that is what we did. We send hom the proof of payment that same day. The next morning I get a voice note via WhatsApp that he request that we must pay the 10% discount as he made a calculation error. We refused as that is according to the Quote/invoice that he gave us. He also promised to send us the receipt and the Collection and Delivery order tha Tuesday 7 October 2025. which we are still waiting for. From there on it's been stories and excuses of delay one after the other... It is now almost a week and he still has not picked up our things. We send a written Cancellation to him as he cannot keep his end of the deal and now he wants to tell us that he will only pay back 25% of the costs that we have paid as the rest is "Cancellation fee and bridge of contract" but he is the one in the wrong. This guy clearly don't care about his business reputation as he doesn't care if there is a police case opened against him or not. He also don't care about social media, but we believe Social media cane make or break a business.
