I regret
Babereki finance its a ****..not recommending any one to use them.I took two loans from them via workforce in 2022 and I paid them up in same year.But they still appears on my credit record that the loans are still open and owing them..and it affects my score .😪

Babereki and NRB harassment
I have been getting emails fron NRB daily saying i have an account with Babereki and i owe them. When i asked for details of the said account i don't get a response. I am tired of these emails and call. Please help to resolve this issue

Bad customer service
I took a loan as a student back in 2020, 6 years later it still appears on my credit score as active , a loan that was paid up years and years ago. I wonder why you all do this to your customers. It’s very bad. I regret ever knowing bebereki

Really sad short story
I'm not happy with babereki loans I know I once took a loan under them but now I'm not working well so I try to send email and even trying to call them to make payment arrangements but still they don't want to so I want to finish this loan after I don't want to see them anymore.

I want them to acknowledge that I owe them nothing and make this go away as its affecting my credit score badly. Thank you
I had a loan with them paid up the loan . Was asked to pay R206 (Outstanding balance ) which they deducted. I was called by debt collectors for that balance which I have proof that i paid . I was sent from the manager to consultants with no help . Still nothing even though I forwarded them my bank statement showing the money was deducted and I owe them nothing .

Prescribed Debt
Babareki sold old debt debt to NBR , 15 year old debt,and now they trying to collect from me. I have requested proof of account opened with date and year,and lodged a complaint with the NCR. Then they have the audacity to question NCR about giving them a mandate on them handling the case. Try and bully someone else that isn’t ***********e or in your eyes a delinquent It is ******* to collect or sell prescribed debt according to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969
