I had insurance with iwyze back in 2021 , n cancelled due to horrible customer experience. 5 years later it still appears active on my credit bureau, why do you do that ???
I took a loan as a student back in 2020, 6 years later it still appears on my credit score as active , a loan that was paid up years and years ago. I wonder why you all do this to your customers. It’s very bad. I regret ever knowing bebereki
What a horrific experience I re-had at dudoc hospital as a patient who was there for an elective procedure. Let me first re visit the very first one which I let it slide without thinking this might come and bite me again .. I was there due severe abdominal pain little had I known that I had a ruptured ovarian cyst which to me was horrific pains the nursing staff in maternity treated me with kindness upon admission but all that changed as I kept on requesting for pain medication due to the ineffectiveness of the type of medication they were giving I complained not even one nurse took upon her self to escalate the issue and call the doctor to mention that this patient is still in excruciating discomfort pain yet we have given this and that. I was devastated and even in tears at some point due to that type of pains I was having and what hurt the most was the fact that I was hospitalised and mind you in a private hospital. Second incident, the same issue worsened to a point where the doctor advised that I need to be admitted for elective procedure pertaining the same issue . The treatment post operation was really back to be precise in pain management. I was then taken a back given the same attitude when I requested for pain medicine to a point where by a particular nurse had to sort of disciple me for actually verbalising that I had pains . I’m so disappointed and fed up with Durdoc I won’t ever in my life regard it a safe place for me and other patients I feel sad for the patients who had undergone big procedures and who requires pain medication frequently and who get scolded by doing that by nurses . Such a bad culture for nurse and they’re definitely endangering our lives which then opposes with nurses acts and regulations. The staff having to gang up on me and question me about my complaints was still inappropriate and very unprofessional especially for the team leader. I’m beyond disappointed and heartbroken
From the time I started ordering from netflorist I have never encountered any problems, basically they were my go to company .. this time around I don’t know their service were really poor to a point I thought this gift would be delivered at all I bought it on the 6th of March as a birthday present , it was only delivery on the 15th of March I’m so sad and really b disappointed.
Hi, I’m here to give my praises to budget insurance, the insurance has been the better to excellent thus far compared to other car insurance’s I’ve encountered, telephonic etiquettes are excellent, no unnecessary waiting on the call, they provide assistance immediately as according to your matter .. keep up the good job guys thank you so much for excellent customer services you all provide we need insures like that in the market!! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

I would have loved to think that PMD is the best amongst other insurers however that’s isn’t true, I have lodged a claim on the 29th of April they were very informative at first and had assured to respond in 24hours as to what will be the next step, I had to honestly call them as to get updated regarding the claim and that alone took approximately 19 days to validate a claim, which came back with such negative outcome which however I feel it’s based on invalid facts. I’m very much disappointed with this insurer. I’m even starting to think if it’s worth having an insurance if you guys are forever ready to fault a client whenever we in situations of facing car accidents on the roads.
I’ve had a claim for more than 5 months , everytime I call the canter they all pretend to be very helpful while that person knows very well that he/she won’t do anything about it , I’m not even going to sugar coat anything I’ve had such bad experience with Iwyze. And I honestly don’t wish it for anybody, I’m cutting renting a courtesy car that happened to go about covered days which was 60 days even in that 60 days follows by two months of having no assistance no car and no courtesy car even . Till today my car is still not fixed 😊I’ve made peace with and I honestly can’t wait to leave IWYZE.
