24 Oct 2024, 05:42Good Day,
Then please advise why I have NRB risk, contacting me every day ,wrt a Babareki Loan. They claim you are their client , there is an account number and a credit agreement type. I have lodged a complaint with the NCR ,the debt collector council. Please see below email. I have requested from them proof of the account , account open date, last payment date ,that is within the 3 year stature limitation, and then they go quiet, 2 days later I have a different agent, threatening me again, and my reply stays the same.
Please read the part where it states that this 'loan arrears' is exceeding the 20 days. So that is too say, that this loan was taken recently. where I can draw my credit report, that I have no outstanding loans or any loans on my credit report.
