Really sad short story
I'm not happy with babereki loans I know I once took a loan under them but now I'm not working well so I try to send email and even trying to call them to make payment arrangements but still they don't want to so I want to finish this loan after I don't want to see them anymore.

As previously communicated, we cannot reduce your instalment deductions as our system does not have the functionality to do so. However, on exception we are actively assisting you with partial refunds, which is processed weekly. You are in contact with us on a weekly basis whereby feedback is provided to you and confirmation provided of partial refunds processed.
