We bought various stuff from Soft Rolls Papers situated at 26 Mitchell, Herm****, Western Cape through their website and WhatsApp 0633206030. After being sent the quote and account details we made a payment we were informed that the delivery would arrive Tuesday 21.10.2025 16h30. At 19h00 they blocked us and cut all communication. We still did not receive our order and have no way of contacting them again for a refund.

Complete and total deterioration of their product over the last 18 months or so. The toilet paper, despite more than doubling in price, is so hard and poor quality now that it is unusable. What on earth happened and why haven’t they fixed it?

My household has only used Baby Soft toilet paper for decades. We buy in bulk so as to never run out. This past year, the quality has been degraded to an unacceptable level. The paper is hard. It does not tear easily along the dotted line. What a pity. However, there are good, soft alternatives out there today.

I have always trusted and believed in Babysoft toiletpaperbrand for its consistent quality and have been a loyal customer, avoiding cheaper alternatives due to my belief in this product’s reliability. Unfortunately, the toilet paper I received is defective. The inner roll is misshapen, making it impossible to fit onto a standard toilet roll holder. Additionally, the paper itself is crumpled and poorly packaged, rendering it inconvenient to use. This issue has placed an unexpected burden on me, as I now face the additional expense of purchasing replacement toilet paper and can not put it on the roles holder. I tried contacting Checkers where I bought it and they are not able to assist me. I have been in contact with BabySoft, but the communication on their side is very bad and unprofessional. They only supp**** me with a R114 voucher, where my original product cost R170. The customer service agent , Kenny at Baby Soft was very unprofessional and his tone was aggressively per our telecom when I followed up on my unrep**** emails and asked that his manager Verinique phones me back. What a disgrace.

Baby soft 2 ply toilet rolls are no longer soft. They feel more like paper towel than soft toilet rolls that we all loved before, we are now buying the brand and not quality anymore. I am going to change to a cheaper, softer toilet roll because clearly the brand no longer cares about good quality and are too hung up on volume. Material has changed and not pleasant on the bum.

I don’t know what happened to baby soft toilet paper. The one in new packaging is such a bad quality. It is hard and feels really cheap. Bought a few during Black Friday and very disappointed.

Though baby soft toilet paper has good marketing an packaging that draws attention, it's actually a very poor unsophisticated product an company. The toilet paper often has defects in every bag. No name brands of pnp an checkers don't have this or cheaper brands. Though it's cost is exorbitant as if the quality is on that standard last year black Friday checkers ran a major special on it an all the rejects an defects where Out the worst possible things u can imagine, toilet paper not cut properly shreds falling out everywhere when rolling off an since nothing much has changed. So brands often advocate to not buy rejects from cheaper vendors but baby soft sells its own rejects or bad or defective batches at a full price. It is shameful unprofessional an ********* to charge a Market price way above the rest an deliver a inferior product because ur name an marketing carries you. Then any customer service department is very attentive an deals with a product query in 2 days baby soft Kimberly-Clark email responds 10days later, unprofessional as well an they loosing alot of buying from the market as u can see most ppl buy the no name brands or dischem 18packs or 1ply because baby soft is an inferior product. The defects are clearly machine error but fix the machines. It's ugly raw cut edges an skew roles, ribbons of paper hanging shreds falling out, there is not one bag without multiple defective rolls.
