Soft Rolls Papers is a ****
We bought various stuff from Soft Rolls Papers situated at 26 Mitchell, Herm****, Western Cape through their website and WhatsApp ***. After being sent the quote and account details we made a payment we were informed that the delivery would arrive Tuesday 21.10.2025 16h30. At 19h00 they blocked us and cut all communication. We still did not receive our order and have no way of contacting them again for a refund.

Worst toilet paper in the market.
Complete and total deterioration of their product over the last 18 months or so. The toilet paper, despite more than doubling in price, is so hard and poor quality now that it is unusable. What on earth happened and why haven’t they fixed it?
