Complete and total deterioration of their product over the last 18 months or so. The toilet paper, despite more than doubling in price, is so hard and poor quality now that it is unusable. What on earth happened and why haven’t they fixed it?
Being a business owner with many clients, we use Netflorist a lot for birthdays and condolences. I have had mostly positive experiences with them ito on time delivery. My frustrations are that their website could be faster (it's very slow) and more user friendly (trying to combine 2 gifts for 1 delivery is a mission), and the gift wizard not recognising geographical areas resulting in spending ages searching for the right gift only to find out that it isn't delivered there. They are getting very pricey, so I may start looking for a more reasonable alternative soon (gone are the days where I surprise my whole staff with a Netflorist gift!)
Worst food delivery company ever. Have used them twice and both times the food arrived nearly 3 hours late. 3 hours!!! Never heard a word from Bolt when I complained.
1 star food, 1 star amenities in hotel that advertises (and charges) as 5 star. Booked for my husband’s birthday and was terrible start to finish. In room TV didn’t work (World Cup soccer on) and 5 hours later still no help, no technician, nothing. Tried to order room service only to be told that our menu choices were unavailable. Didn’t even have vanilla ice cream?! Same at breakfast in the new Reign restaurant. No pressed juices at breakfast?! Had to ask someone to take our order after waiting 15 minutes to be served. 45 minutes later our smashed avo on toast arrived - 3 tiny dollops of avo from a tube, a few crumbles of feta that was meant to be ‘feta mousse’ and 2 cold, rock hard fried eggs that were meant to be soft poached. Sent it back and checked out hungry. ****** awful experience 😡
The most stressful, unprofessional travel experience from booking to travelling. Will never recommend or use again. From lying about cancelled Air Seychelles flights to failing to book and confirm our transit seaplane and resort, to blaming Radisson for sending mails on a day when a particular agent doesn't work as an excuse for not replying to mails from the resort trying to confirm us, Priority Escapes was unprofessional in the extreme. The entire experience demonstrated that their priority is what is convenient for them and taking any kind of accountability was never on the agenda - every error on their part was someone else's fault (Air Seychelles, Radisson Blu - they were all blamed). The fact that they had clients stranded in Male for a day due to their incompetence (an apology or offer of assistance never in sight) and were quite happy to take no responsibility at all and let Radisson Blu clean up their mess says it all.
