Treating and speaking to people like rubbish
Email correspondence started with her asking them if they had cots that convert into toddler beds and to please give prices etc. She got an email back \Yes". My friend responded that she asked for information and prices so the reply isn't really an answer. This company replied to her mail calling her rude and impatient"
