If you want your money stolen and to never received an ordered item, then order from TechnoPro Placed an order on 02 September and Paid in full By 04 November it had still not arrived. I requested a refund on 04 November, which they had offered and acknowledged On 11 November it was apparently sent to the Manager Kobie (By Bianca) for processing It is now 26 November and am still waiting for Techno Pro to refund me. They just ignore any form of communication, they have blocked me on all platforms AND if you arrive at their "store" to ask questions they state that nothing can be done, they will need to investigate and will get back to you the next day which ofcourse they never do. They should be very proud of the scammers that they are, and their awful attitude
Almost two weeks ago I posted a review on here. I didnt receive a call from vodacom at all. So here I am back againand guess what.... I am one of those people to be docked R10 everyday by a subscription that I never subscribed to. HUNKY DORY. Vodacom cant tell me what this is and refuse to give me my airtime back. Yet I see it is a vodacom customer issue.... So vodacom. Never mind the fact that you didnt bother to contact me. So its another R175 gine from my airtime.... But now I find out what it is and that I am not the only one losing money. From 13 Jan till now... R10 has been removed daily. Thats almost R500 that I have lost plus awful service
Since Feb, I have had R10 ofmy airtime deducted until finished I receive R175 airtime a month I dont play games I dont have any subscriptions What is going on?!?
I have tried calling twice, have emailed 3 times and have messaged on facebook. We are missing items from our order, other items are the wrong size I need to find out what is going on and obviously have a time frame in order to do the exchange but cant ever get hold of anyone. Spent R1000 and and receiving no service at all Terrible for a company with such a big name
<p>On Friday 8 July I laid a complaint about a LARGE finger nail that was found in a Strawberry Super M. It was found by my father in law whilst he was in hospital (we bought it as a treat for him). The following Monday I was contacted by Clover to arrange collection of the product as well as the finger nail. The only issue we had was that the courier company was unreliable. The clover representative - Natasha - was lovely and very helpful. She called almost everyday to update me.</p> <p>Now everything has changed. Since 28 July I have not heard a single thing. Every email I have sent ( 5 in total) has been ignored. It has now been almost 2 weeks with NO FEEDBACK. </p> <p>We had, what I deem to be, a very serious complaint. Health and safety. And now we cannot get any communication out of you?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do companies always force your clients into having to go and fight on social media. I have been very patient and understanding but after just being ignored and getting no feedback from you as to why a womans FINGER NAIL was in a Super M, I am going to take this story public and hope that we can actually start getting answers </p>
Last Saturday (13 Feb 2016) we were driving along Ysterhout in Randpark Ridge towards Lifestyle Centre. One of your vehicles (I have photographic proof) cut us off twice, causing us to brake severly and swerve (almost into the pavement). No indicators were ever used. He was drivibg so fast and just switching lanes so quickly that the body of vehicle was moving and rolling. Please also note that not only were we endangered but we had our 4 month old baby in the car and he was driving like this to overtake other vehicles. When we hooted we got no response.<br> On the Saturday we called the number on the vehicle and were told that the vehicle area manager would call us back... well its now over a week later and we have not been called back<br> <br> Really great service. Email correspondence started with her asking them if they had cots that convert into toddler beds and to please give prices etc. She got an email back \Yes". My friend responded that she asked for information and prices so the reply isn't really an answer. This company replied to her mail calling her rude and impatient"
