Shocking Shocking SHOCKING.... we are calling as a new business client for G4S, the reception can barely speak English, i have been transferred to customer care that goes to voicemail, then call went dead, i called back spoke again requesting to please get a quotation for us as we need their service, again barely English and nobody is available, WE wonder why SA is falling apart, I am beyond belief that this is a service company that can't help even request quotation.

KD 61 PH GP the driver's passenger threw an object out of the window hitting my car and the car behind me. The car behind me probably thought I through the object out of the window, because he started tailing me and driving up on my car placing my life in danger. I had to show him that my windows were closed, and I couldn't have thrown the object. I'm absolutely shaken and disgusted due to the stress this has put me through. Your drivers are terrible as this was not the first time they have caused havoc on a road. This happened in Hatfield on the road to the N1. I tried emailing them, but the emails bounce back. Terrible, how they are still in business is a wonder.

I am currently a tenant at Platinum Place located at New Doornfontein Johannesburg Gauteng. We as tenants have noticed the tendency of one of the female Security Guards placing her ear on our doors during the day or night to determine weather we making noise or not. This is very offensive because it is clearly an invasion of our privacy. She further decides to turn of our electricity during the day and yet our lease agreements state that we can listen to music until 10pm at night. When confronted she because disrespectful and informs that she has the power to that if she wants to. This kind of behavior from the companies employees puts the company into disrepute and I hope the company will address this issues with their employee.

We make use of G4S Deposita for our cash pick ups at work. I've been trying for weeks now to get our profile details activated again after they locked the access. I've make several phone calls with no luck, I've sent several emails with absolutely no response. It's so frustrating

I was in an accident on the 27th of May 2025. My car was hit by a G4S driver at 16h13pm. An accident report was done on the same day. I sent an email to G4S reporting the matter after realizing that there was no communication from them. After numerous attempts of unanswered calls and emails, I eventually received an email from G4S requesting documents from me regarding the accident. They sent me a form for a 3rd party claim and quotations. I submitted everything they requested on the 19th of June 2025 and now they are ignoring my emails and not even once have they answered their phones. Their phones ring till they go to voicemail, and they never even return those calls. I escalated the matter on the 26 of June 2025 and still there was no response. On the 2nd of July 2025, I drove to their Centurion offices to see if I could not get the matter actioned/resolved. When I arrived there, I was told I needed a code to enter the premises. I then phoned switchboard, the lady who answered the phone said she will phone me back after consulting with the person who was supposed to help me. Guess what, she phoned after a while and told me that the guy just left the office, and he said I must phone or email him. I immediately phoned him and guess what? yep! Straight to voicemail and to date 4 July 2025 still no feedback. Ramaite Kgatle and Ronel Venter are the people who are supposed to help me. Ramaite Kgatle only sent me the 3rd party claim form and from there, there has'nt been any feedback, not even an acknowledgement. Ronel Venter on the other, apparently her office phone is not working and there is no other way of reaching her except via email which she also does not respond to or even acknowledge. I feel so despondent at the moment, and I really need to get my car fixed. I tried to also reach out to them via their Facebook and a robot is responding which also becomes a fruitless exercise. G4S please do right for me!

Do your drivers make a habitat of parking in disability/wheelchair designated parking spices at shopping centre's thus forcing people in wheelchairs to have to get out their car and navigator through a busy parking area on uneven road surfaces. I am a RBK amputee and wheelchair bounce, yesterday one of your vehicles CP 18 HN GP was parked in a disabled parking at Bluff Towers in Durban forcing me to have to navigator across the parking and smooth getting taken out by someone reversing

Honestly the most shocking experience ever. I have worked with them for a few months now. They never stick to the schedule to collect cash. The planner at G4s Rustenburg does not know what he is doing. Some days they don't even collect . After calling the planner to find out when they are coming he will give you some lame excuse and then if you phone again he will not answer the phone. Trying to lodge a complaint with their Head office is impossible. They will transfer you to the Rustenburg branch where they don't answer or if they do the manager is never available. Don't know how they are still in business.
