We make use of G4S Deposita for our cash pick ups at work. I've been trying for weeks now to get our profile details activated again after they locked the access. I've make several phone calls with no luck, I've sent several emails with absolutely no response. It's so frustrating
I've been struggling to get help from the Deposita department. I need to get my customer portal login reactivated. I've made several calls this week and can't reach the correct department, they keep trying to transfer me to the correct department but no success. I would really love if someone can help with the correct contact information where someone will actually answer the phone?

I’ve been struggling for 3 days with no wifi, had people here twice to come and check. The last guy that was here wanted to replace our rooter but metrofibre said it has to 1st be investigated. I really don’t like complaining but this is just not acceptable
How do I cancel the event based billing on my account for which we didn’t subscribe? They charge us R 419 per month for what? Please assist telkom 😠
Love how fast the internet is working but customer support is useless. Have been trying to resolve an issue with them for weeks now with no success.
