Title: Long-Term Client Ignored – System Disconnected (Ref #93333) I have been a GoSolar client for more than 3 years, yet my solar system has been disconnected since last Thursday, forcing me to rely on costly Eskom electricity. The issue has been reported three times with no resolution. I was promised a March credit, but instead received another invoice. The Reduction Agreement and de-installation payment are still outstanding, and attempts to contact GoSolar have failed as phones appear down and emails go unanswered. This level of service to a long-standing client is extremely disappointing. Reference: #93333

Been receiving pestering emails about an outstanding invoice. When I look on both my bank account and Gosolr account all invoices has been paid, the mentioned "outstanding" invoice does not even appear on my account and neither does I have an "Extra Large" package/system with them. I have been replying to their accounts, however no response just more pestering emails, more than once a day. they do not respond other than an automated reply, their phone number does not work

I have requested GoSolr to come fix our unit 4 times now as, the system doesn't work when grid power is out. The whole purpose of it was so we always have power. Tried calling 8 times now also no answer

Guys, I need a senior figure to contacting me. You have installed something that I received a COC for and it doesn't work. I have reported this to you and since then, no feedback. I called in and opened tickets. They are being closed without any feedback. What is going on? You guys came over around 4 times to replace or repair something. It's crazy and unbelievable how you ignore service requests or assist when a technical fault is present. I have kids at home and run international businesses from home. You are preventing me from working and placing my kids life's at risk if your installation is not compliant. I am dead serious and need someone that can make decisions to call me. If not done today, I'm cancelling the debt order and you guys can come pick up the items, I'm done with begging for service. Cost of no trade will be passed to you due to preventing me from working. I'm dead serious, enough is enough look at ticket 99894

I would of never thought i would had to go this way but hope people do take the reviews seriously before getting Solar installed by GOSOLR. Very bad service poor service not sure how to explain. Sales man give you the bees and honey then bang you get **** and stink from them.

I have been a customer for close onto 4 years. Always efficient and on the ball. I personally wud highly recommend them and the installation crew from Sparky. System serviced on time and also panels inspected by them and also washed. I'm very happy indeed.

They were quick to install, great neat work...BUT I still haven't gotten access to the Brain app, about a month now and now my geyser is not working - plumber says it is not a geyser issue, it is something to do with the solar electrical connection. I have messaged, phoned and emailed and no one is getting back to me. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
