Agility Health is a rude and pathetic company. My Health Card expired without any warning. I received a new card but Agility needs to activate it. Not only are my emails ignored, but I have been trying to phone since Monday and all I get for hours is music playing in my ears. This card is used to pay for medical expenses that my family urgently needs. They are very prompt to take your money, but their service and help is non-existent. Why am I paying all this money every month. My card is still not activated, and nobody is prepared to help me.
I have filled in the online form to get a quote to get solar installed at my home and at my business. It has been 2 weeks and I have had no response from them. If this is how they treat potential clients, it is no surprise that people are complaining as they do about the after-service.
I had a reservation at Omaramba Holiday resort and conference center from 24 - 30 December 2020. After reading very bad reviews about the resort I decided on 7 December to drive through and look at the resort and speak to the resort manager before taking my wife and 3 kids there. The lady at reception said that she can not deny the fact that the people in the camp site, where I booked, are allowed to be drunk and make a noise till early in the morning hours. After inspecting the resort I decided that I can not expose my wife and kids to a place like that. The camp site was a huge puddle of mud and the camping site was so small that my caravan could not even fit on it, not to even speak about the tent. The swimming pool had no water in. The lady at reception said she understands my position and that they will refund my money. After a month now I get an email stating that the resort manager refuses to refund my money.
