Does this company transport what it says it does or is it public transport that goes about transporting girlsfriends/relatives or random people to their desired destination to insult people and to protect them in the companies car? With a driver who was wearing a uniform. Is this what this company is for?..... Some driver in uniform with the company car in Vryburg North West transported some girl to come and insult my mother and aunt. What kind of ********* behavior is this? Unprofessional and I bet it is beneath the objectives of this company!

I've been struggling to get help from the Deposita department. I need to get my customer portal login reactivated. I've made several calls this week and can't reach the correct department, they keep trying to transfer me to the correct department but no success. I would really love if someone can help with the correct contact information where someone will actually answer the phone?

The CIT service was good in the beginning. However lately the service is really atrocious. Out of 4 pick up days in the past week, they have only collected once. Today when I called at 10:38 as they did not collect yesterday, I was told they are near. It is now after 3 and I was told at 14:40 they would be here within 15 minutes. I report the non collections bur do not receive credit for the missed collections. I cannot believe the lack of service and the whimsical manner in which they treat their clients. Would not recommend them to anyone.

A company which failed or resist to pay my pension fund A worked for the company , almost a year . Promise to earn my money right . Here, were it all begin overtime: you would leave your home at 7am to start shift, knockoff time is pm to end shift, 1 am to start shift, 9 pm to end shift, within those hours you are forbidden to take lunch , as per management client cannot wait for you but management will deducted the hour lunch on your daily hours (CHEAP LABOUR), sometimes you work abnormal hours on claiming your overtime hours, they are to excessive they cannot pay you (CHEAP LABOUR), you work weekends, holidays but your salary is fixed(CHEAP LABOUR), we signed a document that claiming we will be paid a certain amount weekend, holidays on August 2022, money was never received. Company Policy and Procedures. PPE: PPE, is self-care, you are paid less to buy yourself. Equipment: The supp**** for easier work and safe procedure, not working or damaged, as per management make a plan. Annul Leave: you cannot take leave due to the fact there is too work load but they cannot pay your hours or leave days, you forfeit your leave days every 6 (six) months. As per Management. IN BRIEF. This company its 3 (three) months they do not want to pay my pension. Being back and forth HR Department, HR Department sent me proof Sanlam Retirement will pay in 7 (seven) days its nine days.

After contracting to G4S for 6 years to collect our cash, during COVID they cancelled our collection and have the audacity to charge us x2 months fees R10 000 for services never rendered, we have since cancelled all services with this company, as we have found them to be a ruthless corporate company with no sympathy for the pain small companies faced during covid, in addition management or accounts make no effort to their accounts

WE PURCHASED R80 ELECTRICITY ON THE 31ST AUGUST 2015 AT ENNERDALE SPAR.<br> WE PUT THE MONEY IN THE G4S MACHINE BUT IT DID NOT PRINT OUR VOUCHER BUT TOOK OUR MONEY, I SPOKE TO THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPS AT THE MACHINE UP UNTIL 5PM, HE WROTE OUR DETAILS IN HIS BOOK. A FEW DAYS LATER WE GOT A CALL TO SAY WE WILL BE GETTING A VOUCHER. WE ARE STILL WAITING... WE SPOKE TO THE GENTLEMAN AGAIN AND HE GAVE US THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR G4S. WHEN I CALLED G4S CONTACT CENTRE THEY SAID OUR CALL HAD NOT BEEN LOGGED BUT THEY SEE THE TRANSACTION FAILED ON THAT DAY BUT THEY ESCALATING THE QUERY EVERY TIME I CALL ...
