my vehicle broke down 2 days ago, i checked my policy for car hire as uber is costing me 550 a day!! i called the call centre they confirmed i have vehicle hire its on my policy, they transferred me to claims department who advise i do not have this cover, i spoke to consultant named Doctor, this was right now..... 8:40 this morning, I want to thank Doctor as i will be cancelling my policy and seeking new insurance this morning!!!
Shocking Shocking SHOCKING.... we are calling as a new business client for G4S, the reception can barely speak English, i have been transferred to customer care that goes to voicemail, then call went dead, i called back spoke again requesting to please get a quotation for us as we need their service, again barely English and nobody is available, WE wonder why SA is falling apart, I am beyond belief that this is a service company that can't help even request quotation.
Terriable experience over a 1 year period has been anything but one hell of a experience, every service is a fight and a story to be covered, between LiquidCapital and Hyundai Mobeni i think they both ****** working together, nothing is updated, i am advised no further service, then to be told i had a late service which i am not aware of which never took place unless Hyundai made further errors, both parties are a nightmare in all honesty stay away from BOTH, non-take accountability, this is a expense you pay for no service cover, lack of communication,
Save yourself from any stress and anxiety, do not trust the salesman or their service centre, bought a vehicle with motor plan and its been a nightmare every service..... monthly deductions but no service or competence, again car booked at another Hyundai due to the lack in trust with this branch, and again i have to pay as Mobeni from day 1 **** about services, didn't correct anything they advised they would, rather go to any other dealership but avoid this branch at all costs in the end they do not care and the lack of integrity from them is disgusting!!!!!! do not buy a vehicle there as explained they lie lie lie.... the car was serviced and book wasn't stamped, the breaks were done they said... only to have to fix this ourselves........ RUN for the TREES but be super aware careful regarding anything to do with this branch!!
this experience proved one thing - so many willing people lookinig for jobs but AVIS employs *******!! this is exactly why there is no service left in SA!! i need a manager contact information please to report a Branch manager named Ricky Chellan - we had a vehicle hire booked for my boss last week Thursday, i confirmed again Friday and was given same date new time, no vehicle was delivered, the manager apparently Sharon at Durban branch, that Head office gave me, seems Head office doesn't even know she left..... i was then requested to speak to Ricky, he is not close to management level, has no idea how to speak to a customer or take an enquiry he spoke over me the entire time, whilst i I sat with my management Infront of me witnessing the atrocious behaviour that AVIS clearly represents in their management!!!
If you are aware of your requirements from a compliant broker, then OPTIVEST is not the appropriate choice. I requested a medical quote, and their assistance was severely lacking; they seem to have no understanding of client relations! Upon receiving my quote, I informed them that I was dissatisfied and requested them to wait for my further instructions, as I was simultaneously seeking quotes from other medical aids. However, they proceeded without my consent, resulting in a debit from Bonitas. They are unable to provide an acceptance email or any record of my request to hold off, and as a consequence, my credit rating has been adversely affected. They are not assisting with the refund, and I am incurring daily interest charges on my vehicle. Furthermore, OPTIVEST has not even provided a written response to any of my inquiries! I urge you to be cautious, as they act without the client's approval, which is not compliant. Please refrain from using this broker; you will only find yourself disappointed and in a very difficult situation!
If I could give minus stars!!!! Ive sat being passed from one consultant to the next, not understanding what took Absa 20 mins in total from start to finish. FNB SIMPLY CANT GET RIGHT!!! We bought a fridge over a month ago, has never worked from day1!!!!! our educators have not have any fridge and we just keep getting excuses! i have and i am currently on a call over 25 mins where even a manager Sinphiwe Mabelane has blatantly attempted lying saying where we bought the fridge when they know its on their system which was confirmed day before with consultant Lwazi, ITS BEEN A MONTH PAID CASH FOR AN APPLIANCE THAT DOES NOT WORK PLEASE be very CAREFUL buying any appliances from Bosch, there is no after service, they simply do not care once paid for!!!! I have been calling only 2 days to assist my management
NO SERVICE!! LIES AND DEBIT ACCOUNT WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE GOODS. Disgusting service as i was financing a vehicle through Toyota, they advised the insurance (Auto and General through Toyota) will call, i arranged to prior taking ownership of the vehicle, but Toyota Halfway Howick didn't or couldn't deliver as there is a issue with the vehicle, therefore i requested to wait as i cant pay insurance on a vehicle i do not have, Pretensions Melissa Maduray confirmed the debit is on hold and the other debit will be refunded, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND SECOND DEBIT WAS DEDUCTED FOR A VEHICLE I DO NOT HAVE I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM , THIS IS NOT A SERVICE BUT LIES!!!!!
