Service is excellent, dishwashing machine gave an error, 5 years old. Bosh service desk answered immediately and arranged a technician to repair. The repair was done on the agreed time. No waiting time, no answering a list of questions and checks, no holding and transfers. Just good old service.

Bought a new Bosch washing machine Ser 4 in Sept 2025. After not even 8 months the door glass broke while in cycle washing a duvet cover. I was told this is not under warranty and will have to pay for it, and that there is no stock in SA. +- 4 Week delivery. When I booked the service call I was told the technician will contact me within 48 hours. Needles to sy he only contacted me after 120 hours. I phoned the Bosch service centre, send them e mails and contacted the store numerous times asking them to please follow up, as I read that the glass is covered under warrenty. I bought a fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher from the same store in George last year and it seems that nobody is willing to help me. Never ever will I buy Bosch again in my life. When I told the service tech that the glass is covered he said that he wil replace it as a warrenty? Worst product I have ever purchased.

Bosch Home Appliances are obviously not interested in customer service based on the fact that a person in their company has deleted two of my emails without reading them. If this is the level of service that Bosch give to their customers, then I am definitely NOT interested in dealing with them or having any of their products in my home!!!

My whole kitchen is Bosch Appliances, I love Bosch products, I feel it's one of the Best Appliances right now to purchase. Stating on the complaints I don't know maybe the product isnt being used correctly? 🫤

Bosch oven thermostat stopped working in November 2025, replaced under warranty in Dec 2025, still not working, replaced again in Feb 2026 with two new elements, still not working. Repairs manager did not return my two phone calls. No we wait again- no oven for THREE months.

Judging by the number of complaints online and bad rating, I’m not going to waste time writing a long review here. I’ve already done that directly with Siemens. Our R26,000 gas hob cracked after just three weeks. These hobs may look premium, but the build quality is shockingly poor. There are no rubber supports under the WUG, meaning even the slightest drop causes the glass to crack, a R10,000 repair just like that. Easy money for Siemens, apparently. What’s especially baffling is that the grids do have rubber supports, yet the heaviest component doesn’t. How that design decision makes any sense is beyond me. Trying to deal with Siemens customer service is like pulling teeth: No warranty. No explanation. No accountability. Just “it is what it is.” Siemens, not that it matters to you with your large client base, but this is worth saying. Years ago I received terrible service from LG, and to this day I own not a single LG product. During my recent renovation, I chose Siemens throughout the house, well over R100,000 worth of appliances. Sadly, I’m already starting to regret that decision. This entire issue could have been avoided at minimal cost with proper design. Next step: sharing this experience across all social media platforms. Cheers, trevor

After 5 long months of multiple repairs to a faulty gas stove, they finally agreed it could not be fixed but here I sit after 2 weeks of it being collected with no refund and no-one willing to talk to me or assist me. Senior staff are always 'on the phone', 'at a conference' or 'in the bathroom' so no wonder nothing gets done at BSH.... and NEVER the promised callback. The next stop for me is Bosch in Germany as I can guarantee BSH that they will care that you are running their reputation into the ground
