Service is excellent, dishwashing machine gave an error, 5 years old. Bosh service desk answered immediately and arranged a technician to repair. The repair was done on the agreed time. No waiting time, no answering a list of questions and checks, no holding and transfers. Just good old service.
Cannot Cancel, There is no option to cancel online or by email, when you phone in they put you trough to the cancellations department which never answer. Tried 3 times and after the third time the sales lady even tried and gave up.
I feel that is unacceptable for Nedbank to charge for email notifications, especially if you never received the email!. Nedbank charged me R0.70 for a lotto notification email that I never received. Complaining to them using their feedback email address just gets ignored.
