Pathetic service from babyhood SA I bought this glider chair in 2020 few months later the chair started squeaking I complained so it was collected by babyhood SA, few later it was returned with no a note saying no fault found. I was unable to use it as I had moved to kzn but the chair was still in my house in gp. When I got back to gp we used the chair and we had the exact same problem during that time I complained to babyhood SA and there after moved to kzn and took the chair with me. Babyhood SA responds to me and says I DAMAGED THE CHAIR DURING transit and unfortunately they will not replace it, I eventually spoke to the manager and he send me a bar to replace which I was replaced and unfortunately to no avail as I have the same problem. This chair is designed to rock a child so if it is squeaking how will be good for the parent or trying to calm a child off to sleep? We are now in 2022 and still no replacement and still sitting with a squeaking chair.
