Terrible After Sales Support

My wife and I received a brand new BabyWombWorld Video Baby Monitor (BWW802) as a gift at the baby shower a year ago. It worked great up until recently when the monitor no longer picked up the camera feed. The units have never been dropped, in fact the hardware is in perfect condition, and this seems to be purely a software issue.

Unfortunately, the person who gifted us the product no longer had the slip and as such BabyWombWorld refuses to even take a look. I mean, how hard can it be to just check the software? Couple this with unhelpful customer care agents and you pretty much sum up our experience with BWW.

Needless to say, we can't do without a camera and monitor just yet, so I shopped around on takealot and found the exact, yes 100% exact same monitor and camera (just branded differently) for R828. That means BWW is charging you an additional R1567 just for their branding on the product.

Whats even more frustrating is that the new Monitor picks up the BWW branded camera, telling me the the issue is very much a software problem on the BWW monitor. At least we have 2 camera's now...

We will not be purchasing products from them again!
