Terrible After-Sales Support - No Repair Services or Parts Available

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

My monitor unit unfortunately fell (it was a minor fall) and the screen was damaged. I contacted the company to request repairs or to purchase spare parts, which I believe is a reasonable expectation. I was then informed that they do not offer repairs or spare parts locally because the units are manufactured in China. In other words, once the product is damaged, there is effectively no after-sales support available in South Africa.

Instead of providing a repair solution or replacement parts, I was offered the option to purchase a full demo monitor at additional cost. This is not a solution — it is simply an attempt to sell another unit. The lack of local support, spare parts, or repair options reflects very poorly on the company’s commitment to its customers.

Consumers should be aware that if something goes wrong with their unit, they may be left without any practical repair option. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again. I purchased a different brand at half the cost of BabyWombWorld’s demo unit, supp**** by a company that actually offers proper local support, spare parts, and repair services.
