Avoid at all costs

<p>On 5 August last year I sent the following email to these guys:&nbsp;<span style="color: #000000; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">Good day</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">"You installed a wooden deck at our premises in November 2011: we paid you R 66&nbsp;716.82.&nbsp;We have followed the maintenance programme rigorously: oiling it regularly etc.&nbsp;It is now warping very badly and looks as if some of the supporting beams must be collapsing.&nbsp;Could you please come and check it out and advise?" No response. I phoned and was advised that they no longer do decking. When I challenged this, on the basis that the website still lists " decking" as a service, I was told: " Sorry sir, I was instructed to tell you this." Their website still lists decking as a service as at today i.e. 9 months' later! Clearly not prepared to deal with their own poor workmanship.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">&nbsp;</p>
