I deleted my account in February, yet every month I get charged R165 for the premium service. This week alone I got charged TWICE. Once Monday and again Today. Their response is that because I added my bank details and had the premium service this is why it happens. My question is, if you KNOW I deleted my account, why do you still have my bank details and WHY do I get charged for a service I no longer use? GUYS PLEASE PLEASE THERE ARE BETTER APPS OUT THERE DO NOT USE BADOO. Also, the customer service is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. They have ZERO sympathy or empathy for you. Their responses are literally like they don’t give a sh**.
