I will never use or recommend PNet to anyone. I found a job that was listed on Pnet only. So I signed up, but I couldn’t apply for the job unless I complete my profile by adding my ID number - which you can’t blame me, I didn’t feel comfortable to do. I emailed their support team and merely asked if it’s 100% necessary to add my ID number (or at least explain why?), and look at this rude, unprofessional response from Themba: “Kindly note that Pnet is not forcing anyone to register on our website. For you to complete your profile, it's a must to have you ID number on the data base, if you do not feel comfortable? you can try using alternative website for your applications.” Absolutely rude and unprofessional, zero customer service, I merely ASKED a question as a new user. If this is how you speak to potential users I will let everyone know never to use you. Disgusting service. Do better. And thanks Themba, after your rude response I will be using an alternative website
I was retrenched 3 months ago, and immediately notified Capitec and sent all the documents as requested. To my knowledge, my loans included insureance from Capitec in case of retrenchment and I assumed the process of sending the documnets would assist with that. Instead, I keep getting calls asking about missed payment and this morning whoever called me asking “do you have any funds available”. Like, you don’t ask that to someone who lost their job. Anyway, I need Capitec to start whatever the process is by looking at the documents I sent ONE MONTH ago. Please also DO NOT call the landline number. Email or use my cell.
I am so sick of Nimble Group and constantly harassing me. I have let them know MANY times and even sent proof that I am not working because I was retrenched and they still demand that I find money to pay them. I have stuck to my payment arrangement which includes borrowing money from people to satisfy Nimble and yet I constantly get calls saying I haven’t paid or asking for me to increase my payment and when they check they say “Oh sorry we can see you have been paying” THEN WHY CALL ME?? You are heartless to demand money from an unemployed person. I sent several emails requesting you to stop calling me on the landline number and update your records to stop harassing me and sending sms’s. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN RETRENCHED TO DO?? Heartless
Hands down the worse most non existent so called customer service I have ever experienced. Doesn’t respond to emails. I call I’m on hold forever. I paid my loan up in fully mainly because I don’t wanna deal with them. One of the MANY emails I sent I asked them to confirm payment, confirm the account has been closed and send paid up letter. I will rather go broke than deal with Wesbank again
Game stores in promenade has THE WORSE SERVICE. Everytime I go to the money centre there is an extremely long line with only ONE person. Yesterday I literally stood for 20mins to buy cigarretes and I eventually walked out cause I couldnt wait anymore. Today the same thing! Please hire more people this is disgusting wow
I was under debt review, I think maybe two years not sure anymore, just received my clearance letters today and I’m so happy to be free. Would just like to say a massive thank you to Debt Busters for the great service over the last 2 or so years, you guys are really incredible. I spoke to someone at 8:10am this morning, she said I will have my paid up letters in 5 minutes. It’s now over an hour. I cant keep calling. A total of 15 times in the last 24 hours. I emailed. I sent messages on Hellopeter and Twitter. I even deleted my previous review thinking oh finally I spoke to someone and its resolved. SEND ME MY PAID UP LETTERS FOR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT 4550-2707-4470-1017 AND ACCOUNT 3051495047 PLEASE CLOSE THESE ACCOUNTS I WANT TO BE DONE WITH THIS DEBT REVIEW IT CANT BE THAT HARD TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT AND SEND A PAID UP LETTER. I WANT THIS DONE TODAY - OCTOBER 26th 2022. And clearly you need to hire more people to answer phones.
Contacted Nu Metro via Twitter - normally super responsive. When booking a ticket there’s an option for Nedbank customers to get a discount WHICH SHOWS under 4D as you check out. It’s misleading. Anyway, shout to the Twitter team at NuMetro for ignoring my DM’s with reference to my booking and tickets.
I have been with Rain for over a year. Never had issues even seeing all the complaints, I never experienced it. Until three days ago, I sent them a Tweet and a DM on Twitter. And watched them IGNORE me for three days while responding to other peoples tweets. Telling other customers to DM them when they ignoring my DMs.. I also sent them TWO emails regarding this. I have a questions regarding payment. I am paying almost double for what they are advertising now on their website. My question was WHY? Why am I being charged double the price of what’s being advertised? And the fact that they are ignoring my emails and ignoring me on Twitter says alot. Now I know why people always complain about them. Pathetic service. Guess I’m being robbed
The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the friendly lady I spoke to on the phone. She was at least as helpful as she could be in the situation and sympathetic, I couldn’t take my anger out on her. I emailed Takealot to ask if my order (#102724450)is out for delivery today, because normally I get a sms, the app said it’s out for delivery but no sms, so all I wanted was to confirm. The idiot who replied to my email said he CANCELLED my order as per my request. MY REQUEST? All I wanted was confirmation that it’s being delivered today. The girl I spoke to said she can see the person did cancel it and will escalate and see if they can reschedule, but she can’t guarantee it will be for today. I assume they did cause later the afternoon the driver called to say his outside. When I already placed an order with Game for similiar items, but then had to cancel the Game order. There was also an item missing. I ordered a PAIR of dumbbells and only received ONE dumb bell. The idiot who cancelled my order or TakeAlot have still not even had the decency to respond and apologise for the frustration. That person who cancelled my order CLEARLY needs training. Seriously what kind of customer service was that??? Never had issues with TakeAlot until today. Won’t be using them for a while. Amazon here I come.
