Bakgat pools not quality workmanship and no after sale service

Bakgat pools built my pool. from the beginning things did not go as promised by them. They said my pool will take a month to build and 3 months later ihad to call in legal help for them to finish the pool. it wasnt long after the pool was finished that the cement started cracking on the retainer wall and the final layer of the pool started to come of as the pool was 11 Months old. The grout of almost all the tiles came out. I have been trying numerous times to get reaction from George in Gauteng to come and fix my pool but he just ignores me.
