Terrible after sales service from Bakgat Pools

Bakgat pools provide no after sales service. Once the work is done and something goes wrong then the blame game starts and no one actually helps you they just pass you around from one person to another. Rudy blames Shane, Shane blames George, George blames someone else and so it goes on and on. Eventually they stop taking your calls. I installed a fiberglass pool in 2014 and in 2016 the fiberglass starting peeling away from the concrete and after calling them for about a year in 2017 they finally sent someone to come and have a look and he said no problem it was an easy fix but as it was the end of the year and they were very busy installing other swimming pools they would only be able to attend to the problem early 2018 and another year went by with promises and dates and no shows and eventually I am now left with a pool that basically needs to be redone after 2 years. Bakgat pools make promises they don't keep and they blame each other and no one takes responsibility. I would not advise anyone to use Bakgat Pools their after sales service is non-existent.
