I would like to take this opportunity to thank Shane from Bakgat Pools Cape Town branch for assisting with our pool. We installed a pool through these guys in May 2016. In Aug of this year we noticed the pool was losing water. We contacted Shane. He discussed the company's current situation with us and promised he would personally come out for the warranty. Three days later Shane pitched as promised. He repaired the leak. Just in time for the hot day we had on Sunday! Thanks Shane! Hope things pickup, holding thumbs for all the companies affected by the water crisis.
