It is with utmost frustration that I am writing this review as a last resort. I am pleading and begging for help. I bought an Amarok in February from Bakwena motors, and since have only had the vehicle in my possession for less than a month in total due to back and forth. This was mainly due to many, many faults in the vehicle, from oil leaks, to turbo malfunction, to leaving us stranded halfway to Bloemfontein with absolutely no word from Bakwena motors at that time, and many more. I contacted MFC of which they referred me to the ombudsman, of which this process was already done in April/May. The dealership promised to fix the vehicle or replace it, of which nothing has come to light as I still do not have a reliable vehicle! It seems that none of the faults on the vehicle are adequately repaired and the vehicle has to be returned just about on a weekly basis after driving it for a single day every time. The vehicle came back once again 3 days ago, of which after driving it to work only once, it once again has a massive oil leak and needs to be returned to the dealership. Every single payment has been made until this day, and many many promises to me have not been fulfilled. What more can I do but plead and beg after paying for a vehicle which is not only unreliable, but not even in my possession for most of the time.
