I have ordered Winston bedroom suite worth R23 995.01 8th February 2022. I was promised it will be ready for delivery in 3 weeks and that is when I will pay delivery fee. After 4 weeks I called them to follow up on when is the delivery, I was told they have backlog due to covid. I kept on emailing them every month only to get electronic respond.
And I have been calling every 2 weeks always promising. In July 2022 when I call Balcombs I was told they will buy same furniture from other shop I refused as I don't know if the quality is the same. Later that month I became fed up and ask for refund and got my refund form end of August.
On the 2nd September I filled the refund form and send it back to them. When I called in September they promised I will get my money back month end September.... Still received nothing, called in October promised I will get money back month end. Till today every month when I call them I get promised refund monthend. I am always the one calling them, they never called or send me emails
