Be careful. This vendor’s prices exclude VAT. They charge VAT on the marked price. This is ********. Make sure to check your tillslip. I am shocked and have to report this to SARS.

A very rude attitude and awful experience
If customers should stop supporting your business, will your business succeed. After numerous visits at Riversdal Bali Trading what a horrible experience in the deli. The lady by the namr Sharon behind the cash register was extremely rude. A little common curtesy to paying customers would make her day alot better. The Chicken Pastries that was warmed up was still cold and she basically just through it on the counter not checking. She was full of attitude definitely not a place I would return to. Sad as other Bali Trading stores the staff is lovely and friendly. As a regular customer We would definitely not return.

Lovely customer service
Many years ago I saw a rug that captured my heart. I found it this year on Bali Trading and unfortunately when I wanted to buy it, it was sold out. I contacted them to ask if by any chance it'd come back on sale. A lady named Jeanine assisted me. Unfortunately it seemed they were out of stock and that was it, however she hunted it down until she found the last one. She kept me informed the whole time and as soon as she found the last one she let me know. She was amazing through the whole process. Sometimes online shopping can be so frustrating but this experience was nothing short of amazing. The rug is even more beautiful in "person". So happy with my experience. I recommend shopping here.

Lovely customer service

All Guateng do not visit them this festive season
I need to share with you my bad experience with Bali Trading (Riversdale) last year festive season. It is now time again for our hard working Gautengers to make ready for holiday with the family and be well rested when returning to Gauteng in Jan. Please to not spend your hard earned bonus not even a cent at Bali Trading. They depend on our money but treat Gautengers like crap. Bad attitude, you get followed when walking the passages looking at all the nice stuff and every now and then you get asked can we help you. I mean I am on holiday leave me alone if I want to spend the hole day in your shop why not and if I buy nothing, why must I buy something. Thy worst was the one day, myself and the wife actually went there for a reason to buy key holders for my all staff back in Gauteng. We entered Bali Trading 16:25, 35 minutes before closing on 27 Dec 2014. While checking all the key holders and trying to decide which to buy for my female staff and which to buy for male staff I was told by Bali Trading staff 16:45 that I must leave the shop now they want to lock to cash up, make up your mind and will you be paying cash or card because we shutdown the card facility already. I
