I booked a weekend away at Vallen Lodge1. The service I received leading up to the weekend was great, unfortunately that changed when I requested my breakage deposit to be refunded. Firstly, there was no checklist upon arrival and there was a note on the fridge stating that both the fridge and freezer did not close properly so you had to push it closed other wise it led to the fridge leaking and the freezer icing.
More than a week had passed after the holiday and I decided to email Them regarding my deposit. I was then told that a Pyrex dish was broken and the fridge drawer was cracked on both sides (the same fridge that had a note stuck on saying it was not working properly) they were going to work out charges and pay me the difference in about a week. A month has now passed and I have been sending emails, I receive read receipts but no response.
I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly, will never use this agency again!
