Booking process was quick and efficient - great service. No 106 Kenwyn on Sea - horrible, dirty, terrible, disgusting. This place is NOT up to standard. Besides needing a deep clean this place actually needs to be revamped. I will not stay at this premises even if i get paid to do so. I actually can not believe the owner is renting out this place, totally unacceptable.

I booked holiday accommodation which was advertised on Booking.com by Ballito Agencies (27 Apr to 2 May). The ad was very clear that there was a FREE cancellation policy, if cancelled before 28 March 2022. I called Ballito Agencies before making the booking to confirm that they existed and everything was kosher - they confirmed the free cancellation policy and that if I changed my mind within 48 hours they would not collect the 50% deposit from my credit card. So I made the booking. Within 24 hours the deposit was collected from my credit card. Things then changed on my side and I decided to cancel my booking. Then I received a message from Ballito Agencies through Booking.com that they need my bank details to refund my deposit minus R400 booking fee. I called then to enquire about this, but they said Booking.com doesn't allow them stating this "non-refundable administration fee" which you do pay if you cancel your booking. Just to get the bulk of my money back, I reluctantly gave my bank account details but I would like to warn holidaymakers to be aware of this.

Don't book with this agency! Booked 1 Vallen Lodge. They advertised it as a 5 bed apartment, meanwhile it's a 3 bed, with a converted garage and a 5th bedroom that you have to walk through a laundry/storeroom to get to. All the drains were blocked and when you showered the water would bubble out the drain in the middle of the storeroom floor. The fridge and the washing machine leaked, there were no dish cloths or cleaning cloths, no bath mats, no oven mits, no potato peeler, no adaptors to charge phones. Bring all of that with you. Patio and view is amazing...saving grace. Agency couldn't care less about your complaints.

Don't book with this agency! Booked 1 Vallen Lodge. I booked a weekend away at Vallen Lodge1. The service I received leading up to the weekend was great, unfortunately that changed when I requested my breakage deposit to be refunded. Firstly, there was no checklist upon arrival and there was a note on the fridge stating that both the fridge and freezer did not close properly so you had to push it closed other wise it led to the fridge leaking and the freezer icing. More than a week had passed after the holiday and I decided to email Them regarding my deposit. I was then told that a Pyrex dish was broken and the fridge drawer was cracked on both sides (the same fridge that had a note stuck on saying it was not working properly) they were going to work out charges and pay me the difference in about a week. A month has now passed and I have been sending emails, I receive read receipts but no response. I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly, will never use this agency again!

We booked accommodation recently via the agency and it was all fun and games till they had to pay our deposit back . We knew we had broken 2 glasses so we knew we were not getting back the 2000 back . But it looks they don’t really give back that deposit they just give it back . They say they not get back anything because we made a mess , where even they were didn’t meet their part of the contract and also claim we smoked in the house when we know they didn’t . But smoked outside which they said was allowed

Good day, I would like all to know about the unethical manner in which I have been treated from Ballito.net withholding my deposit in my opinion unlawfully. I checked out of the place 23 Pyrgos we booked for vacation through Ballito.net on the 8th April 2018. On the 3 May I followed up with Kelly on the progress of my deposit. I had been advised that deposits are refunded on the 10th of the following month as per the T&C. On the 16th May I followed again as I had not received my deposit. I received feedback that my deposit is being held back as result of waiting for a contractor to source a new bedroom dresser as there were scribble marks that could not come off. In addition a tea cup, cereal bowl and drinking glass had been broken. I have responded that I do not accept any costs as we checked out on the 8th April and this is more than a month later. This is the first instance this matter has been brought to my attention without any evidence. In addition there had been no inventory check list in the place. I have not received a response to date on the progress of my dissatisfaction nor have I received my deposit. I don’t understand why I was only advised on the 16th May more than a month later of the damages. This clearly indicates to me that the property was not checked when we left. I don’t have any comfort that there were no further bookings after the 8th April when I checked out. This is despicable behaviour from Ballito.net and I will be taking this matter further.

<p>Good day<br /> <br /> A recent getaway over the weekend planned with my family ,which was planned months in advance with much excitement and joy turned out to be by far the worst experience my family and I have endured.<br /> <br /> We booked into santorini pyrgos on the 03/03/17 at 14:30, unpacked and left to the pool available in the complex..we were there for about 3 hours when we went back to our unit and started out evening braai..all excitied and preping for my brother in laws 40th birthday. Supper was done..and we waited for midnight ...at midnight we sang for him .cut he's cake and chatted abit and then went to bed . The Saturday started of with again much enthusiasm and my family was so excited to celebrate this birthday together. my sister in law was going to visit late afternoon for a birthday supper , having nothing much planned for the day we headed for a day at the pool. we played abit..laughed alot and the day was going pretty well.<br /> <br /> An elderly white couple kept on watching us from their unit .we thought they were just being friendly. We greeted them and the gentleman seemed polite at the time and responded positively ..he came to the baby pool twice sat for 2 minutes each time and then left..it was quite odd because we wondered why he didn't want to come in the big pool..never the less we continued with our day ,about an hour late the gentlemen and he's wife approached us at the pool to tell us we were a bit too loud and that we should have turns at the pool and enquired about who we booked the unit with . we apologised for being loud and immediately vacated the pool never to return there again.<br /> <br /> We went back to our unit..and preped for a late lunch , when a representive from ballito agencies came over to check on us..he was extremely polite I did explain to him there was an issue with the pool and that we apologised for the inconvenience we caused the couple .he was understanding .I asked if he would like to come in but he declined. An hour later security came up and asked for our vehicles to be moved ..again with no hassle immediately our vehicles were moved and again we apologised for the inconvenience we had caused.<br /> <br /> Finally supper was ready and our intention for this trip to celebrate my brother in laws birthday was in play .we just finished our supper when again security was at our door. <br /> This time asking us to come down to the garage .when we went to the garage we saw this couple again standing in front of the garage demanding that we open the garage to take pictures of the car, demanding to see our registration for the vehicle. Being totally disrespectful . Both the lady and the man were screaming at us on top of their voices. It felt like we were being victimised and these people were blatantly being prejudice, practising discrimination against my family and i .I have never experienced something so demeaning ,so embarrassing so demoralising, so belittling I felt so exploited ..clearly theses people are not like us because we are so cultured, polite. There was no validation for their pathetic down s****ed behavior .. again my husband apologised only for this people to tell us they don't do apologies and ours could not be accepted.<br /> <br /> At that point all we wanted to do was just go back home ..our entire weekend was ruined.<br /> We went back to our unit and started to pack .<br /> We just didn't want to be there anymore. We left at 8:15 the next morning and this couple had the odascity to sarcastically tell us good bye on our departure. I'm appalled and disappointed not by ballito agencies, Candice was expectional, she really was helpful and informative, but by the way we were treated by the fellow residents in that complex.i suggest in future that victims like us should be aware of the rules and regulations of the complex .I suggest times should be allocated to people renting out the unit to the pool in that way no one will be invading anyone's space. Except for the easy and helpful way my booking was handled and the really lovely apartments they offer, Candice and the other staff at Ballito Agencies really went the extra mile this time around. On previous occasions their service was also great, but this time they out did themselves.<br> <br> On the morning we were suppose to depart back home I completely messed up my dates. I received a friendly call to remind me that I am suppose to be out of the apartment. When Candice learnt of my admin hiccup she promptly offered me another unit for the night. I expected some upset about my mistake, but all I got was friendly understanding and an efficient alternative plan. Wow!<br> <br> But it did not stop there.After getting home I realised we forgot a remote control in the first apartment. I asked Candice to help and of course she did. My remote is now on its way back to Jo'burg, saving me a lot of hassle. <br> <br> Thank you Candice and colleagues. You guys are awesome and will certainly see us again!<br> <br> <br>

I expected some upset about my mistake, but all I got was friendly understanding and an efficient alternative plan. Wow!<br> <br> But it did not stop there.After getting home I realised we forgot a remote control in the first apartment. I asked Candice to help and of course she did.
