Worst service and nobody cares!
I cannot explain the frustration of trying to tie up my mom's estate and it's not even a complicated one. I'm literally pulling my hair out. Capital Legacy doesn't seem to know what's going on. No sympathy and bordering on extremely rude!

Worst Cusromer Service!
Worst Cusromer Service! Right from signing the contract, they couldn't get things right. Then continual problems around access and profiles. Wish I had gone with Virgin!

Be careful!
Be careful when signing up; the sales people will tell you anything to get the deal signed. One you've signed, the admin people are so stupid you want to stick a pencil in your eye!!!!

Terrible Service!!!
I get anxiety every year knowing I have to order from this supplier. Shocking service and that's if you can get through to them. Not sure why the schools keep using them. So awful!

Worst Customer Service!!!
Absolutely shocking service, incredibly rude and sarcastic suprvisor. Told me "we can debate my dispute all day" I have spent over R12,000.00 with them and this is the attitude and service. Time to use another service provider!

Don't do it!!
Nobody comes back to you. No matter how many emails you send or phone calls you make. They take your money every month and that's that. Think twice before signing over your life to them!
