Bad Customer Service bad very unhygienic.
Horrible customer service at Fournos Little Falls..bought a take away breakfast. I had to beg for cutlery and when I got to work only to find out it’s only forks inside. I asked for their butter and I was told that it is R3,the lady told me that she will try to give me 2 as I bought 3 take aways..we ended up sharing the 2. I saw a ****roach 😫😫

Rosebank
Tried the Rosebank branch. Got a black forest cake wasn't what I expected. Red velvet is definitely a better option

Fournos Backery-Dunkeld
Rating: ⭐ (1/5) I am officially done with Fournos Dunkeld. After giving this branch three chances, it is clear that their lack of service is a pattern, not an accident. The staff is consistent and intentional in not seeing you and providing basic service. Being treated as if you are invisible or "not the right fit" for their establishment is insulting and unprofessional. I will not be returning to a place that makes customers feel unwelcome. I receive a completely different experience at the Fournos Bakery at The Valley Centre. The team there is the gold standard—friendly, attentive and see you coming. I’ll be taking my business where it is actually appreciated.

Unsatisfactory donughts from Fournos Dunkeld
On Monday 27.10.2025 my colleagues and I decided to buy doughnuts from Fournos Bakery situated at Dunkeld Centre. To say we were disappointed is understatement. The donughts were not soft and fresh like the ones I have gotten from a Fournos franchise and what's sad is that we could not take them back as she had gone during her lunch break. We have bought a mix of custard and cream donughts. I know Fournos Dunkeld can do better than what awe got.

Worst breakfast
I ordered a chicken wrap via UberEATS, the wrap was horrible. It was not even wrapped it was loaded with lettuce and it was so messy. I couldn't even eat and I tried. It's not the first time I am ordering this but I should say this is the worst ever. I even took a picture of the quality of the wrap, it's as if it fell or something.
