On Monday 27.10.2025 my colleagues and I decided to buy doughnuts from Fournos Bakery situated at Dunkeld Centre. To say we were disappointed is understatement. The donughts were not soft and fresh like the ones I have gotten from a Fournos franchise and what's sad is that we could not take them back as she had gone during her lunch break. We have bought a mix of custard and cream donughts. I know Fournos Dunkeld can do better than what awe got.
I am very upset at how this 0800 0007277 SARS number. I have been on the line since 8 am and went from number 120 to number 20 and when I get to that number. The line gets dropped and this is not the 1st time that this is happening. I have requested a call back numerous times and no call back apart from the one time and that was not even helpful because the agent was just not interested. I have to submit outstanding documents and need to change banking details. but all their online so-called helpful ways of booking are not helpful at all....
Today (06.06.2024) I received a call from Capitec Bank ***** department from a number 0635018931; a lady by the name of Sisanda Zulu called to inform me that there seems to be some *****ulent transaction taking place on my account a purchase of over R5000 at Woolworths in Mokopane and if I could validate if that was true; when I asked her to hang up and call me back she never did because I wanted to check on my banking app if this was true. After checking on my app I realized that there is no such transaction; this woman even called my father asking for me. When I called her back, she had attitude and when I needed her to validate the information that she gave me because I wanted to go into a branch; she was very abrasive and did not want to assist me further. The reference number that she gave me was A52/7876 and then hung up. I am highly disappointed in Capitec Bank as this is not the first time such happens.
This afternoon at around 3:35pm I received. call from the following number of +27818900002 from a guy by the name of Quinton saying that he is calling from Capitec Bank and wanted to know when last did i get a bank statement from my Capitec app or inside a branch. When I told this guy that I will not be answering any questions from him as it is a Sunday afternoon and the bank is probably closed. He then went on to insult me in the worst way possible and hung up on me. Capitec bank better deal with their agents,I have never been exposed to such atrocious behaviour in my entire life and to be insulted like that has left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding Capitec Bank customer service.
I am highly disappointed with the Pep store at Dobsonville Mall. Last year April I went to laybye clothes for my children when I get to the counter one of the staff members decided to announce that the store is not taking anymore laybyes because there is no space in store and I had to leave my items behind. Today i went to exchange some few items for my children and when i asked the lady at the tills to do an in store check for me she told me she couldnt as their phones are not working to call other stores and can't check on their systems. I then asked if I could check online,she blatantly told me that she doesn't know. PEP needs to do something about the customer care that is given by their employees.
