NO SERVICE / INTEREST CHARGED AND NO VALID REASON FORTHCOMING
Really unimpressed with FNB right now. In fact i am considering closing my account due to interest being charged and not getting feedback as to exactly why it has been charged. This is not service. Emails just get ignored. FNB you are no longer giving the service i am paying for so why do i need you exactly?

CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR ONE COFFEE - WATCH YOUR MONEY WITH TTHESE GUYS
I went on Friday and ordered a coffee at the colony centre. I used my phone to pay with FNB and the transaction never went through nor did any declined notification come through. I tried twice. I then paid with a discovery card and have since discovered i was charged 3 times for one coffee and now FNB are asking me for receipts were never given to me. What a nice way to get extra money out of people. Disgusting

DOUBLE CHARGED FOR NOTHING
Had problems with my virtual card at krispy creme and i had to pay with discovery and then was DOUBLE CHARGED by fnb. This is not acceptable. Start a secure chat and 10mins later im still hanging around eith no service. I want my money back please fnb. I am not paying 3 times for a cup of coffee

RETURN COLLECTED BUT NOT UPDATED 24 HOURS LATER
DRIVER COLLECTED MY RETURN YESTERDAY AT 7:35 AND ITS STILL NOT SHOWING AS COLLECTED. I WANT MY RETURN REFUNDED AND IF NOT I WILL REPORT TAKEALOT TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL. THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS ON HERE IS OUTRAGEOUS

I got an email stating my mandate for a number was approved but have no clue what this number is. I have sent 2 emails and no response has been forthcoming I cancelled a contract with someone telephonically for a different number What is going on at FNB?
