I put money in a retirement investment account and I request for a withdrawal . I’ve never worked in a space where I need a tax number as I don’t get paid enough . Now they asking me a tax number to release my funds . When I started the investment it didn’t say I need a tax number . I have had many investments accounts with nedbank and have never had such problems
I made a payment to rain and they deducted the money and system worked again instantly as payment was successful , the next day while I’m working my Wi-Fi goes off and I was in a work meeting. I had to Quickly buy data for my mobile phone and hot spot my laptop which requires a lot of data . I spoke to the first call centre agent lefu and he told me to send proof of payment but doesn’t give me a reference numbers . I had to call again with my airtime and then I was given a reference number . Now I must play the waiting game
I had an accident so I had to use Uber eats to get some products , but problem is if the shops didn’t have the items they wouldn’t reverse the sum of items not delivered they would still charge the total about as if I did receive them
Uber driver driver started a trip before even collecting the person , then cancelled a few mins later but Uber still debited my account .
To whom it may concern I was in an accident two weeks back I broke my ankle and now I am on crutches. After my accident I had to block my card as my phone and cards was stolen at the accident scene. I went to FNB Mall of the South on Monday last week Monday to go and block my card and get access on my cellphone banking. The consultant helped me unblock my card and called fraud. When I had left the branch I was told that everything is working and all my cards and cellphone banking was unblocked . I tried to access my cellphone banking and it kept telling me my account is blocked I went back to the bank on Thursday we followed all instructions about putting the card in the machine and verifying the account but my account was still blocked who called fraud and cellphone banking they told us that everything was unblocked on their side. The consultant called fraud again and told them the situation they told me that they would call me in the next 24 hours which would have been Friday now we are Monday and I haven't received the call no a message from FNB I am on crutches and I can't keep going to the bank as I have to heal and recover from the accident I am very disappointed in the service as nedbank fixed my cards on the same day that I went to FNB as well.
We booked accommodation recently via the agency and it was all fun and games till they had to pay our deposit back . We knew we had broken 2 glasses so we knew we were not getting back the 2000 back . But it looks they don’t really give back that deposit they just give it back . They say they not get back anything because we made a mess , where even they were didn’t meet their part of the contract and also claim we smoked in the house when we know they didn’t . But smoked outside which they said was allowed
I am still waiting a refund , as they advertised a shoe that wasn’t in stock . They sent a text apologizing but now it’s two weeks
Good day I got to checkers liquor Mall of the south at 4:35 pm today , the doors were closed . The working hours written on their wall states that they close at 5pm . We consumer’s tried to explain that what their were doing was wrong , the manager gave attitude . Mean while we are the same people that make it possible to for her to have a job . Pick and pay liquor and game in the same mall were still open till atleast 4:50 pm . I am not sure if they rush to close because it’s the weekend or they don’t like their jobs .
I got an ewallet on saturday and ive been trying to access my money since money i called in 3 times the call center agents dont know how to advise me further . Im frustrated because i have money in there and my clients pay me via ewallet . I was on lunch and i went to the south gate brunch . The lovely ladies tried to help but they were also frustrated because when one option works for one person it doesnt work for the other. Fnb was clearly trying to update the system and manipulate people with an easy zero account to basically be members of fnb but now they dont know what they doing and its affecting us all . I know because i wasnt the only one at the bank
