Horrible company horrible service

Terrible I have had several issues with this company so many I beginning to think it's now a race things because what the actual???? I had a network issue for 3 weeks I was so frustrated they processed a cancellation which I withdrew after finding out I must pay 2.7k to cancel fine I assumed my account would be debitted as usual but no they decode not to debit my account I email them to tell them my account is not being debitted they send me proof that they are I let it slide 3 months down they block my account and now say I owe money for 3 months what in the f!!!!! I hate this compamy I wish I never signed up.
