Bad customer service and final job results

My woman took her car into this business had 2 take it back twice in 2 weeks the 3rd time we took the car back for him to finish up with the final job he started to get extremely rude and aggressive towards both of us, he doesn't care at all about customer service or final job result. Highly disgusted with customer service and final results!
