Reneged on Deal

Reneged on a deal after I signed the OTP, tried to force me to take a warranty which is against the Consumer Protection Act. I pushed back and then they included it in the deal. Following day I was advised they can’t do the deal because there is no money in it, the fact that they built in the warranty was part of the reason. I told them to take it out as I don’t want it. But I suppose they will push it onto another unsuspecting purchaser. Manager who approved the deal hasn’t had the decency to make the call to me.
