Poor service

Their service is very poor, and I cannot recommend anyone to buy from them. Honestly speaking, I bought two beds worth R11,000.00 online on the 15th of November, and even now I have not received any delivery. The worst part about Bambo Mattress is that they don’t call to update you about your delivery; they expect you to call them all the time. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again in my life.

To show how poor their service is: after paying the R1,700 delivery fee, I was later asked to pay an additional R800 on top of that. I paid the extra R800, but even after that, I still have not received my delivery.
