Product seems more superior but not a great service experience

<p>I spoke with Pierre regarding a quote for two area's of decking at our home and he seemed like a personable guy, we amended quote slightly in the end but the installation experience has a lot to be desired, they refuse to work with other trademen i.e. electrician to get lights put in nearly completed the one deck without getting the elecrical cabling sorted and then the installation guy Dylan was quite aggressive and angry when I said we may need to lift some planks to get the cabling done.  The installation team were not supervised adequately and were quite noisy.  If I were asked to recommend these guys again probably be a no.  The overall result ended up ok but it was a struggle and actually quite stressful.  I would put it down to them being very young and inexperienced in dealing with customers.</p>
