highly recommend both product and service!
A good experience from start to finish: really friendly and helpful reception; they accomodated my custom requests; the installation team were not only super efficient but went out of their way to source custom fittings. My bamboo floor looks marvellous and I absolutely love it.

Product seems more superior but not a great service experience
<p>I spoke with Pierre regarding a quote for two area's of decking at our home and he seemed like a personable guy, we amended quote slightly in the end but the installation experience has a lot to be desired, they refuse to work with other trademen i.e. electrician to get lights put in nearly completed the one deck without getting the elecrical cabling sorted and then the installation guy Dylan was quite aggressive and angry when I said we may need to lift some planks to get the cabling done. The installation team were not supervised adequately and were quite noisy. If I were asked to recommend these guys again probably be a no. The overall result ended up ok but it was a struggle and actually quite stressful. I would put it down to them being very young and inexperienced in dealing with customers.</p>

LORI THE THIEF - BAMBOO WAREHOUSE
I have been dealing with Lori from bamboo warehouse regarding her businesses side business - letting parking bays at Urban Spin in Diep River. We paid a R400 deposit for a parking bay and when we gave her notice that we were no longer going to be living there she agreed to pay back the deposit. I sent her banking details as per her request - never received anything back. Smsed her and she said she wasn't avoiding me I would have it in 24 hours - never received anything back. She ignores my calls and smses. STEELING LORI!!!!!!
