I had two teeth broken in front and and 3 missing on the side. i have been so imbaresed by this for so long. i went to Dr. De Klerk as i am on a medical now and requested her assistance with my teeth problem and dentures. Dr. de klerk told me that she will get authorisation from the medical aid and then get back to me. i eventually after calling a few times were told to come in. When i saw her she told me that she will have to pull the two teeth that has broken in front and took an impression for the dentures. when she took it i asked her if it is not going to get too big as i know my aunt told me that they will have to pull those two and then i have to wait some months before they can do the imprint as the gums will shrink. Dr De Klerk told me no it doesnt work like that and that though my gum will shrink a little bit it will take the shape of the dentures. as she is the proffesional i trusted her. i was called back the next day for a fitting. she then pulled my two teeth and fitted the dentures and told me i must keep it in and am only allowed to take it out when i flush my mouth with salt water and to brush the dentures. a few months later i went back to Dr de klerk abnd explained that i cant even put the dentures in my mouth as they are falling out. i also said to her that the wire on the only side that i can eat hurts as the wire goes accross my too. she said yes there is nothing she can do about it and i will get used to it. she then shaved on the detures and worked on it at her practice while i was sitting there.i told her that it is still hurting badly and still falling out of my mouth. she then got a tube of corega and told me i have to go and buy this tube and put it in the dentures to stay in my mouth. when i drove away i still could not keep the dentures in my mouth and called her to inform her of my dissatisfaction. she told me that i will have to put more corega and wait it will work after about 30 minutes. i was highly upset and told her i am going to inform my medical aid as i came to have proper dentures done. the corega is disgusting and like slime and makes me nautious. i then tried to hold out and see if it got better - but it got worse. as my gums shrunk the dentures got worse and fell out. i had to put allot of corega in just to try and keep it in my mouth. i have to work with clients and have to endure getting nautious from the corega. i then received a bill from chomatic. i contacted them and informed them that i will not pay as i am highly unhappy that proffesionals will expect me to be satisfied with such poor work. the technician at chromeatic told me to come and see him so he can fix it. i went in today and he told me he will send me quote asnd that i will have to have a full new set made. i was furious. now i must pay for their poor 3 work. i contacted Elsa again and requested they redo my teeth as my medical aid paid for dentures that is not right. she told me no she already spoke to my medical aid and that they said we have to wait 6 months before they will allow another detures. seems like it is all about money. rediculous. elsa did fillings for me as well that fell out not even a month after. i have looked on hello peter and this seems to be the norm with her. filling falling out and continues charges on poor work quality. i am highly upset as the dentures are so loose that when i try and chew (eat) it moves around and now has broken the front teeth of my own teeth. i also had to extract the toot where the wire was as it broke my tooth and got badly infected, meaning this is also a tooth that elsa did a filling for was now severely infected and damaged by the wire going accross the toooth. the only other way they could fix it was with a root canal and my medical aid wont pay for it. i dont have the funds to pay for a root canal so i had to have it pulled. meaning i have barely teeth left and struggle to chew my food now. on top f that due to the dentures being too big i now have another damaged tooth. she told me bluntly that i can report her she doesnt care when i told her that i will take this further. Please help. it is such an imbarresment to be without teeth and to have had believed that she will help me.
I took a contract with telkom mobile many years ago. When I wanted to cancel it 3 years ago they refused and kept debiting me. I was forced to take another contract. My contract is up and they are doing yhe same Gain. Moving it to month to month and forcing me again to stay in contract. I am done. I don't want a contract anymore and told th yo cancel it but they keep debating my account I stopped the payments at the bank and now they have handed me over. I spoke to the company and they tell me sorry I have to cancel it a month in advance. ****mers real ****mers.
I am highly dissapointed with the poor food quality. RAW FOOD!!!!!!, R62.00 for one vetkoek and a table s**** of mince with a s**** of salad and a s**** of veggy. so small. One medium s**** of soup. This is apsolutely rediculous, the vetkoek was raw and i couldnt eat it. I am sick of complaining about this poor qquality of food and Featherbrooke hills Management does nothing about the complaints in any ways. we have a book where you can complain. i have made so many complaints on the poor food quality and poor service and nothing changes. There was actually a lady that also complaint and Sheldon the restaurant manager spoke to her. He made her another vetkoek. this is rediculous, so all of us have to put a fight up like this lady to get proper food. no man. Someone has to do something about this. Hospitals give better food and NO ONE LIKES HOSPITAL FOOD!!!. SAYS ALLOT
Again Featherbrooke Hills Retirement Village is a big dissapointment. Again no water with no alternative to help their elderly. Again poor food quality, rude and unfriendly waiters and the amount f food dished up for the elderly is rediculous. not even enough for a child. yet the staff pack their plates.no pork chops for clients that pre-orderedpork chops. this is really not getting better at all. Again ignoring the owners of the units and the tenants. whats the use of complaining and having a complaint book if nothing is done about it. THey really need to change their company and staff at the restaurant area. Worst service, but go and sit on the other side and order foodand they know there is a tip comming then everything is different and they can then actually smile. Sheldon was approached numerus times with the poorfoodand bad service and he is rude and unfriendly and brushes you off. Wake up Featherbrooke Hills Retirement Village Management and share holders. oh and please report me again for this review as you did the previous time.
Extremely poor medical emergency room approval. Patients by doctors order.needs to be atmitted and in severe.respetoey diatreas. KAELO REFUSE ADMISSION.
Dischem health karlo plus Medical ill ness buy up. I rushed to Pine haven hospital on the 22nd of November with a allergic reaction. I had breathing difficulty and had severe hives all over my body. I had pain on my tommy an major head ache, nausea, swelling in my throat. After numerous drips and medication by the doctors. They could not get me stabilized. When my doctor insisted to have me admitted in ICU to try and stabilize me a Netcare employee standing in for Kaelo refused to give authorisation. Yet when I once again enquired about this the next day and still in distres I was told it should have been covered. That's why I pay extra for medical illness buy up. This could have caused me my life. I was told they do jot cover asthma or allergic reactions. Yet it is on my contract. KAELO does not care about their patients life's. I was sent home at 3 in the morning with no medication to go into further anfelaxis. I luckily had a bottle of allergen to control not going into further shock and went to visit my gp. This company does not care about your life. Just your money. Stay away. Why does a netcare employee decide if you live or die and override a doctors decision. When the first call was made this same employee wanted to know from the nurses why I have an allergic reaction when I know what I am allergic too. Sick. How must I know what activated this allergic reaction. I have referred Dischem administered by Karlo to so many people. I will move us all over to another medical aid / insurance. Disgraceful putting my life in danger.
pathetic, really, i just made a payment to Pudo as i wanted to use their services. then realised they are double the other places costs. i then requested a refund as i did not want to use their service anymore and did not use it at all at any time. just for them to let me know i will have to wait 15 Working days, thats almost a month, yet the money was deposited directly into their account. Be carefull these guys has all excuses to give your money back. should have knwo when i saw they part of courier guy
Dont gamble with them they do not pay your winnings and have n contact numbers - they give you a email address and you never get answers even after i have send numerous emails. Whatch out guys a big **** company. disgusting
i accidently deposited a foucher of R2500 in stead of R250, when i called Hollywood bets to release it so i can ewallet it back to myself, they told me that they cant do that and that i have to play the money R2500 out and another R2500 and then whatever i win will be released so i can collect that - but they will not give me MY money back. this is absolutely rediculous, this is still my money and does not belong to ollywood bets. Be carefull of them. im taking this to my attorney now.
Extremely poor business, Placed a package and three days later they dont have it on the system and no one can tell me where it is. when i phoned the call centre they told me they will phone me bak in and hour. nothing then they say after i had to make another call they tried calling me, funny my phone is next to me. then i phoned again and they told me the enire Johannesburg branch is in a meeting then i asked to speak to one of their managers at the call centre and then i was told after holding a loooong time that the manager at this branch and head office and all the other brances are in a meeting. then when i lost my cool they put the phone down in my ear. still no way to track the packages, two now just lost missing. unacceptable and unbelievable.
