This pudo procedure is a lie,ive been to locker sites ,there where mo spaces for my large box ,and there where open xtra large lockers,people took packages out ,i was there,the screen did not give me an option to o get an extra large locker for free,they lue in their ads , procedure,their customer service ate pathetic,they refuse to give credit back with this system iof no booked lockers of theirs,if the time expire ,then the customer will lose the booking , as i a customer myst dit and wait a while day,at a locker to put in a package,if a courier guy vehicle arrives ,they refuse a customer to put in their package if they removed packages ,they first need to pyt in their packages,before the waiting customer may put in a package,and then theres no locker available ,and why are sasol employees alliwed to say to customers the lockers are full not yo allow customers to use the licker facility,at phillip nell park sasol this happened this morning,

Pudo puts on its platform the procedure if how to use their lockers,and are lying openly,with this way if not allowed to book a locker customers must drive arround from licker location to locker location to find a open locker,to put the parcel in,thet say there if a locker is not available,you can upgrade for free,thats bull****,we lost 4 paid large lockers due to their bul**** system,they are *****s,and liers,they dont have a complaint platform, they've ignored our complaints,thet are *****ing my money,they refuse to adres issues.

You have to marvel at the wonderful service - thank you pudo for making courier services so quick, easy and inexpensive! Where else can you pay R59 to get a parcel from Durban to Jhb literally by the following day? I know it depends on the time you drop off your parcel at the locker and the collection route but I have used them on many occasions and have never had any delays or issues - my heartfelt thanks for giving such consistently good service!

You have to marvel at the wonderful service - thank you pudo for making courier services so quick, easy and inexpensive! Where else can you pay R59 to get a parcel from Durban to Jhb literally by the following day? I know it depends on the time you drop off your parcel at the locker and the collection route but I have used them on many occasions and have never had any delays or issues - my heartfelt thanks for giving such consistently good service!

I recently sent a package by PUDO using their Locker to Door option. I live in a rural area between Pietermaritzburg and Durban, so dropped off my package at the PUDO locker in the nearest small town. The drop off was made at around 09:00 hours. I was amazed to hear from the recipient in Durban that afternoon, that the package had been received by them by mid afternoon. That is only around 6 hours from drop off to delivery. Who says PUDO is no good? Well done The Courier Guy and PUDO!

I recently sent a package by PUDO using their Locker to Door option. Worst service ever. I can't complain about the service because there is none. On the 6th of February I booked a locker. When I went to deposit the parcell it said Pin does not exist. After long discussions and constantly being transferred to another agent. I saw on my portal. A parcel was deposited in a different province with my pin. Till today I haven't received a credit or new deposit pin. Everytime i enquiry they just say that the ticket has been escalated. They have given me 4 ref nrs with no answers.

I recently used PUDO via The Courier Guy for the first time, selecting the “Kiosk to Locker” option at a Courier Guy outlet to ensure everything was handled correctly. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional. When the locker was reportedly offline, the parcel was not placed in the designated locker and no one contacted me or the recipient. Instead, the parcel was just left at a different branch of the business where the lockers is located, in another part of town, with no communication on where it was or who had signed for it or that it was even delivered somewhere. For over a week, I was sent back and forth between branches and hubs, with unanswered calls and no accountability. After 10 days, I eventually located the parcel myself at a the outlet where it was left - partially opened - where it had been signed for by an unknown individual. There was no proactive communication, no proper tracking clarity, and no meaningful customer service support. As a business that regularly uses The Courier Guy, this experience has severely impacted my trust. I will never recommend PUDO Lockers to anyone. I will be finding myself another courier service.
