Rude consultant (Phumzile Thusi) from Bankcol International
On 18 November 2025 at 11:25, I received a call from Phumzile Thusi (060 566 4729). I explained my situation and confirmed that I would settle the account this month once my savings clear. Instead of basic professionalism, she responded with disgusting arrogance, threats, and an unacceptable tone. When I confronted her behaviour, she hung up. I called again on 19 November to speak to her supervisor. As expected, she ignored the request, continued with her nasty attitude, and dropped the call again. What’s even worse is seeing multiple complaints about this same person — yet Bankcol still does nothing. That tells me loud and clear that this company encourages rudeness, ************, and unprofessional conduct. Bankcol, save your breath. Do not contact me. This is now being handled through channels above your pay grade. Only your God and ancestors can intervene for you at this point.

Good day I want to warn every one about this company as there contact me to reprocessing my vechicle i hav ask CECILIA IF there is a possibility to make a payment arrangement for over 6 month to pay extra on the vehicle i Contact aMfc where there inform me to talk to Bankcol and there just refused to help me make the payment arrangement There just threatened me with reprocess my vehicle and refuses to make a arrangement as i was willing to pay it off over 6 month i have olso contact cecilia and MFC to discuss this but she dont wanted to help she just want to do here thing I olso only received a Letter of demand after been contact with there threads

I have been sent from pillar to post from April 2024 till to date. I have settled my account and now I’m struggling to get my paid up letter. I have been given multiple numbers to call and no one is assisting. Nedbank keeps referring me to Pamela Nyende whom is a ghost I assume as this person’s number has been busy since April. It is frustrating to deal with such incompetence, I paid up my loan, it is only fair to get my letter. Bankcol stop the marry-go-round and start doing your job.
