Bad Service
I have requested a membership card on the 22nd of October 2025, till to-date I haven’t received the card.
I did a follow up on the 10th of November 2025, I advised that the card takes up to 8 weeks to be delivered, I did another follow up on the 15th of January 2026, I was advised that you guys have incorrect address I should wait 10 working days, I did another follow up on the 10th of February 2026, I was advised that there was incorrect membership number that was submitted, I need to wait another 10 working days, and I even spoke to a team leader Calle Nathan Govember who promised me that my card will be delivered. I call called again today and no one is giving me an answer on what is happening.
