Most useless inhumane medical aid

Bankmed is the most useless medical aid ever.

I have been living with Endometriosis for 10 years and I need to be on treatment to manage it.

I have already had 3 operations to have it removed, of which I nearly died on my last procedure. I app**** for chronic benefit this year and last year, but they rejected my application stating that my medical aid plan does not cover Pelvic issues ICD N80.3.

Currently I am paying R3,684 per month yet they cannot cover my treatment. I have been on 3 other medical aids previously and not once did I have to debate about why I need treatment.

Bankmed is the most useless and inhumane organisation I have ever come across.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they don’t care about people’s lives, they are just a money making scheme.
