HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD
Morning Such a HORRIBLE SERVICE I received yesterday from Baobab I was hosting my 40th birthday there,yooo I've never been so disappointed and embarrassed in front of my friends When we ordered food, the starter to more than an hour to come,main meal took longer,dessert i don't want to even go there. The food was HORRIBLE everyone was complaining they did not finish their food they took takeaways Come bill time everything was just a SHOCK....10% already included in bill and drinks were billed separately, like from when?how? Everyone received their bill with their own tip included,like what the HELL!!!!!!!!!! It's not the first time I book for a ****ion at Baobab Wonderboom,that's why I booked again since the last 3 times I received perfect service,but this time yoooo my R5000 went to waste All of a sudden when we asked for containers for putting our cakes we were charged yesterday and previous times we were not charged Yesterday they came with a story that they give containers only for food,i was like WHAT?????? I honestly REGRET coming there and wasting my money,EVERYTHING WAS NOT VALUE FOR MY MONEY YESTERDAY And like I say,it's not the first time I book for an event there and I've NEVER,LIKE NEVER NEVER experienced such All my hard worked money down the drain R5000 is not child's play,it's MONEY!!!!! If i had a choice I would ask for my money back,I was TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD Patricia

Zero value for money. Never return.
They should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a starter of mushrooms for R88 and got exactly 7 small mushrooms on my plate. No kidding. Do the math, that's R11 per mushroom!!!!!! We paid for the drink and starter and left and the waiter who obviously saw we were unhappy and that we were leaving so soon couldn't have been bothered. No host asking how things were going either. Will never go back.

Bad service
Baobab Menly On the 15th of February I went there with my colleague the waiter directed us to our table ok then he left so we took the menu book and chose our meal but when we asked for the waiter to come and take our orders he ignored us he was busy laughing with his friend I even raised my hand he looked at us and continued with his conversation with his friend We felt like we were nobodies it was as if they serve only certain people they don’t have respect and I hate what they did I wil never set my foot there ever! Such people don’t deserve to be hired
