Don't buy from them!

I ordered a special with them for R1279 (2 pairs and 2 inners). I received it about 3 weeks later. Up to that point it was not too bad, just slow. The sizes weren't according to the sizing guide and I contact them to process a swap out. That took another 2 weeks, but they collected it. I received confirmation that the return was received, and that it will take 5-7 days to process. It's been 3 weeks and no matter how many follow up mails I've sent I haven't received a single reply. I've had to start a dispute process with the bank because they still have my money and I don't have any product. I've informed them to cancel the return and just refund, but I assume you can guess that I've not received any reply from them.

It's places like this that breaks trusts in small businesses.

Don't use them.
